Our cohort of Emerging Community Leaders is currently seeking support from individuals and organizations who are committed to creating healthier communities in San Francisco. Below is a link to our 2023-2024 endorsement form. By endorsing our group, you and/or your organization will help to elevate our overall mission and connect young people with the resources they need to create sustainable change within their communities. We, the Community Action Model, are committed to protecting and advocating for safer, healthier neighborhoods by: limiting the presence of price promotion strategies and establishing a minimum pricing resolution in the city of San Francisco.

A policy that prohibits the sale of commercial tobacco products to anyone born on or after January 1, 2005 with suggested policy implementation within the next 5 years, or by January 1, 2026, whichever comes sooner.
